The kitchen was decimated in a corona condition, so there were longer waiting times for food. This was less problematic. Dinner will be fine. I had ordered Schnitzel with a green saucer. So no culinary challenge that has not yet been mastered. My carving was frozen and was fully sucked with frying fat. The green sauce was quite taste-neutral Ausser a sour Wuark/yoghurt taste did not come over here. The expected herbal aroma was not given. All in all quite disappointing. Very bad, because our experience was consistently positive. But maybe the chef had gone out with corona and the kitchen help cooked?
Zu allererst ein Lob für die problemlose und schnelle online Reservierung. Das Restaurant bietet ein wunderschönes Ambiente, sehr sauber. Ein erstes Highlight der sichtbare Bachlauf im Boden ! Service sehr freundlich, hat uns gleich auf eine Sonderauswahl aufmerksam gemacht. Das Essen wirklich klasse und auch reichlich, war leider kein Platz mehr für Nachtisch ! Preislich vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir können dieses Restaurant besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder. Ein Highlight !
Ein sehr schönes Lokal mit einem besonderem Ambiente. Waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind da. Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam Wir haben Essen aus der Weihnachtskarte bestellt. Markklößen -Suppe, Wildragout mit Spätzle, Käsespätzle mit frischen Zwiebeln und Kürbisgeröstel mit Belugalinsen und Quinoa. War alles sehr lecker! Sanitäranlage sehr sauber mit frischen Handtüchern und keine Papierrolle oder Lufttrocknung. Werden bestimmt mal wieder dort hingehen!
Foods are great from the main food to dessert, and so far independent of the chosen dish. The service is always friendly and attentive, with the atmosphere unique in the elaborately designed guest room. Also the New Year's Eve party with pianist was super music perfect and not too loud, fireworks bombastic and the food anyway excellent.

Great, cozy Loaction and delicious food. Here just everything is right, the selection of the menu is great, the service is very courteous. The wines are very tasty, the food is beautifully dressed and perfectly matched. There is nothing to stand out and was a very round evening we came back.
