Very welcoming kind, helpful staff. Quick efficient but also friendly patient with my questions. Great food. Clean, light bright. Have tried several items, both from the counter and off the menu to order from the kitchen, and all were excellent. An off- menu special of BBQ rib was mouth-watering, tender and flavorful. I've also ordered mofongo to go in the past, and that was delicious and well-packaged for transport. Picture is my friend's meal because I wolfed mine too fast!
Their Puerto Rican food options have always been delicious and well portioned. The staff has always been friendly and they maintain a clean service and table area. Holyoke seniors can take part in a discounted dine-in lunch program.
The food was hot and delicious the service is prompt and happy I highly recommend this spot
