The food is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. Over the two years I've been going there, I've encountered rude employees more often than not. I often get side-eyed and met with attitude when I mention that I don't speak Spanish. Additionally, my online orders are consistently wrong. For instance, I just ordered the El Taino Premium Burger, but when I got home and opened my order, I found something completely different. Trying to reach someone at the store by phone is frustrating—either it rings endlessly without an answer or, if someone does pick up, they often don't speak English.
We waited 40 minutes for our food, only to be informed that they were out of beef empanadas and had put our entire order on hold. When we finally received our meals, we were disappointed to discover that the empanadas contained a shockingly small amount of ham and cheese—some even had no ham whatsoever. The one in the picture had maybe two slices of ham, with a whole lot of empty space to fill up the remaining 80%.
I decided to go into the restaurant to try Puerto Rican food and I really congratulate the entire team for the quality, the good treatment, even though it was full of people, they tried to serve everyone quickly. Also thanks to the waitress Kelia that was attentive and gave great food suggestions. I will definitely be back here.
Food is delicious!!! I got the Italiano and Cubano for lunch and the guava queso pastry all was AMAZING!!! The staff is very helpful, especially Erika! She made some great suggestions and was very patient with us while we decided what to order. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

Amazing place for original Puerto Rican food Better come here when hungry because they have everything all kinds of sweets and of course the classic Puerto Rican food like tripleta a d Mayorca. ???? Plenty of parking and the staff is the best!!!
One of my favorite Puerto Rican spots in Kissimmee Fl! My wife and I have been coming here since we came to Florida for our anniversary about 3 years ago! It’s our morning breakfast go to ever since while we’re done here.
I love the food and coffee from here, especially the hot cereals, but the system of ordering needs a lot of improvement. It is slow and a bit chaotic. Not super clean either. However, the food is worth the struggle.
Katia has been incredible! She always knows exactly what I want to eat and makes great suggestions for new dishes. This is definitely my favorite spot for lunch!
