Service looses a star because the staff were clearly stressed and struggling with the amount of orders they had to deal with. Luckily they remained polite to our faces while we waited for our food, but it was still a bit distracting. They no longer offer sit in after COVID-19, and we really did want to sit in, too. There is perfect space and lovely decor inside that set a wonderful atmosphere for the food you're about to eat, so it would have been even better if we could have dined inside. This Chinese restaurant is absolutely amazing. I have never had any issues with the service or food quality. The food is always top-notch, especially the curry sauce which is consistently delicious and perfectly spiced. The staff is excellent, particularly Jenny who is a valuable asset to the business. I highly recommend this place for a take-out dinner, with prices averaging between £20-£30 per person. 5/5 for both food and service.
This restaurant currently offers only takeout and delivery service, but they serve really delicious high-quality Chinese cuisine. I would definitely say it is better than the t-house. I give the food a rating of 4, the service a rating of 5, and the atmosphere a rating of 2.
The food at this restaurant is great, but the delivery service is extremely poor. They seem to struggle with handling the amount of orders they receive, resulting in deliveries taking over two hours. This has happened twice in the recent past.
