terrible service, missing items and not even an apology from a rude and misinformed employee. No receipt as proof of purchase (for a order) abuse on the phone for asking for the food we paid for. Being told to pay an additional for...salt and chilli chicken, salt and chilli chips and prawn crackers (not sure that adds up) for the missing and paid for items. Don’t know what their priorities are but customer service isn’t one.
Cannot praise this restaurant enough. The restaurant serves amazing fresh food cooked to perfection. My husband raved about his crispy duck my seafood hotpot was a delight and my brother in law had the pork sizzler which was fab. The service was great with lovely...friendly staff even though they were rushed off their feet. A must go to for Chinese Thai Cantonese food. Will be back soon.
