Very nice experience dinning in Takashiya for omakase. The only wish is that the premium omakase can be earlier in the day, having 19 courses after 8pm and finished at 10pm might not be suitable for some people. Overall it is a great restaurant, the food are delicious, the chief is very friendly and entertaining, and the service is very good too. Will recommend it to who is into Japanese food. Thanks
Every bite was better than the last. The courses were designed with care and you can tell. We set at the whiskey bar side for the miniomakase and the bartender that served us was very professional and very good at what he does. Cannot wait to come back for the full omakase.
It was a quick flight and dining experience from Cairns. I've found my new favorite Japanese restaurant in Brisbane! Everything was fantastic—innovative and delicious menu options. I can't wait to try the 19-course meal!

The service felt a bit rushed between courses. I expected a more beautiful atmosphere and more time to savor each dish, especially at this price point. However, the food was quite good.
