I know the guy that owns the place, but it doesn't matter. It matters that he is the most popoular "pizzaiolo" in the village, that he is always pretty busy, because everybody buys his pizza here.. The pizza is good, fresh tomato and mozzarella, and fresh whatever he puts on it. The place is small but if you want you can eat even inside. I am not a traveller but I can say, I am a "frequent user", as many people in Biasca. I strongly raccomand this place if you want to eat a good pizza.
Leo's from Leo. A young man who knows how to make his pizza! His business is located at Pizza Centrale in Biasca. The choice of pizza is great and if you have a special request, he does it with pleasure! The prices for the pizzas are also very fair! The taste is amazing! we went one night to the leo (the owner) to buy two pizza families for a party, the pizza really good, the wait also quite right, the only thing is that they don't have the ATM, which is quite strange.
