Re-reviewing this resturant after my most recent disturbing experience. I wanted Takoma Beverage Company to be a regular spot for me to visit as I enjoyed the food/atmosphere and the staff seemed nice. Unfortunately my recent experience wasn 't enjoyable and I wont be returning. I was given an order of the Patatas Bravas, and all seemed fine until I found a live bug crawling through the potatoes. It was right at the top of the dish too so I 'm not sure how anyone in the kitchen even missed seeing that. I told the waiter and I showed him the crawling bug who was on it 's back drenched in sauce. He took the bug in his hand and crushed it. He then said OH! this is just a seed.. But hey I can gi...
It’s an amazing place for breakfast, especially when you sit outside. It’s a relaxing atmosphere and food and service were both great even tho a bit on the expensive side
The best food was fried chicken related dishes. Italian sub was just ok. I wouldn't get it again.
