I really have no complaint about the quality of the food from Tally Valley Seafood because it really is very good but when you order the same thing every week you really expect to get about the same quantity every week. Sometimes you will get what you ordered and sometimes you will get less than what you ordered. The boxes on the walls gives the customers the size and quantity of chips but it is very rare that you will get these amounts. The other thing that is irritating is that when you say "NO LEMON" you don't want lemon. More often than not we will get lemon when we specifically requested that we didn't want it. Just a little attention to detail would be good.
A friend told me about this place and i have wanted to try for ages. Finally got a chance for my birthday lunch yesterday and it was great. Just tried the fish chips and calamari special for $13, so not a bad price and serve was big, I couldn't eat it all. The fish was fresh and tasty and batter not too thick or oily, the chips were perfect and the calamari so tender. I will be going back for more soon ;)
Our favourite local seafood takeaway. We always get our fish and chips from here, staff are always welcoming, friendly and very helpful. There is a great selection available and they also have lovely Greek salads and Burgers available. Servings are large and I have found that the fried fish is never greasy but always lovely and moist and fresh. The owner and staff aim to please and absolutely do!
We've been using Tally Valley Seafood for about a year now, since moving to the Gold Coast. We always get takeaway and always order in advance. Everything is made fresh and our order is always made on time.The food quality is consistently excellent - nothing greasy. Their potato scallops are a delicacy.

This is one of the best places on the Gold Coast for a good old fashioned Hamburger. The meat was really yummy with a lovely toasted bun and the service was EXCELLENT.If you are looking for a great burger made with love you have found it readers!
Crispy, thin breadcrumbs for delicious bara fish, calamari and sea scallops. Great little cafe, with some hard working staff for Good Service. What I love is plenty of fresh lemon and they never scrimp on that.
This is our local fish n chip shop and it is always great. The fish is fresh and beautifully cooked, chips are yummy and the gravy is to die for.. Have never been disappointed.
The fish and chips here are always good and reasonably priced. They also offer dim sims as well as salads and fresh fish if you want to cook your own.
