I ordered takeout tonight and when I got back to my hotel and opened my vegetable platter, found out that it was some sort of meat platter. I called and talked to Rita and asked for either a refund or to have the vegetable platter delivered to me. She said my only option was to bring it back for an in-person refund or they would make me the correct order. I stated that I was already sitting down with my family to eat and didn’t have time to drive back so just wanted a refund. They screwed up and expected me to drive back over to pickup the correct meal??? Rita would not let me talk without cutting me off even after I asked several times to stop interrupting me. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding hospitality provided by Meenali and Shubham at Tandoor Restaurant during my stay in Bloomington, MN. I chose not to drive myself since my office was just a couple of minutes away, but later realized my Indian mobile number wasn't accepted by several major food delivery apps. I called a few Indian restaurants to arrange dinner delivery for the week, but unfortunately, my requests were turned down. Then I contacted Tandoor Restaurant, and Meenali was incredibly accommodating—she accepted my request, and the delivery was handled promptly. The food was fantastic! Thank you once again, and I look forward to my next visit!
This is a wonderful authentic restaurant serving excellent Indian food. The menu is extensive and includes vegetarian options as well as all the traditional dishes you'd expect. Their version of peshwari naan is light and crispy, unlike most others we've had which are usually thicker and more doughy, and these were delicious. You can order the degree of spicyness you prefer, we got medium and that was about right for us. Service was quick and efficient and the staff are friendly. Recommended for an authentic experience.
Its fantastic, I loved the food here all items are good specially goat curry, goat biryani, butter chicken. i loved to go to their place, this ambience is so friendly and people are so friendly food is so tasty.

The food quality here has declined significantly. They repeatedly reheat the same dishes until they become unappetizing and resemble plastic. It used to be a great place under the previous owners.
