We have always relied on Tandoori Nights for our Indian takeout and have always enjoyed the food. However, we hadn't ordered from there in a while as we were trying to cut back on takeout. For my husband's birthday on Saturday, we decided to treat ourselves. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the quality of the food this time. It almost seemed like they had a new chef? The meat (which wasn't the good quality we remembered) appeared to have been precooked and then just added to the sauce. The chicken Tikka was dry and bland. Even the Peshwari Naan was lacking in raisins and had very little coconut. Sadly, we will have to think twice before ordering from them again. So disappointing...

We had a wonderful meal from this Indian restaurant, it was truly delicious!!! We ordered salmon shashlik, saag aloo, mushroom bhaji, chicken madras, and vegetable rice. The salmon was incredible, the flavors were outstanding, I was very impressed!!! I had never tried saag aloo and mushroom bhaji before today and I'm so glad I did, the potatoes were so tender and everything was bursting with flavor!! The delivery was quick, the food was hot, freshly prepared, and tasted fantastic, the portions were a good size!!! This was a perfect 10/10 takeaway, we don't usually order Indian takeaways but we will definitely be ordering from here more often!!! I am so happy and completely full!!!

I have been going to Tandoori Nights for almost 20 years now, and it is truly the best Indian restaurant in the UK. Located at Haymarket in the West End of Edinburgh, it may be a long journey for a curry, but it is definitely worth it. The staff are very friendly, and the curry is always very tasty. Even though I have tried other restaurants, I always come back to Tandoori Nights. If you are looking for a delicious curry at a reasonable price, this is the place to go. I highly recommend it!
