Yesterday I placed an order online on their website. One of the items I ordered was the lasagna. I also placed it for delivery. Now after I placed my order I received a Facebook message asking if I ordered today, which was weird.. why wouldn 't they call me to verify? I answered yes and asked if everything was ok with my order. After getting no response back and waiting an hour for my food, I called them. They proceeded to tell me that first of all we have no delivery drivers today. Second of all we no longer have lasagna. And third of all there 's no delivery address on your order. Ok.. first of all I chose delivery because I had a sick kid at home, but I would have picked up if needed. Sec...
Where do I begin... This place is an absolute shame to the Youngstown area. .. zero customer service, zero communication, and zero accountability! Do NOT order from this establishment! I count the days to see a for sale sign in their store front. This is one place where I wouldn't mind seeing a car wash or mattress store put in. Absolute joke. Whomever is running this place should hang their hat up and find a different career. I'm all about local businesses. I work for one. But my god.. treat the locals that keep you in business with respect and a open line of honesty. SMH..... I would add a photo, but they charged me 81 dollars without producing any food...
Ordered food over the phone. The man that took the order was so rude and acted as if he was doing to us a favor taking our order. My husband went to pick up the order and the whole order was wrong! So he had to wait another 20 minutes to receive cold fries, half cooked pizza that had peppers on it- we didn’t order peppers. My husbands pizza was wrong and the wings were wrong too. I’ve never seen so much go wrong with an order in my life. And the food was terrible. Never going back! Take out food these days is too expensive to waste on bad food and worse service. There are dozens of great pizza and wings places in Youngstown- this is NOT one of them!!
It’s decent. Last time I went, I had the chicken Diablo sandwich and that was very good. Fries are also very good in my opinion; fresh cut and perfectly salted. First time I went, I had a burger and it was dry and overcooked. Theres a decent selection of draft beer. Still need to try the pizza though.We went to watch a game at the bar and eat dinner. The game was on, but they had music loudly playing, instead of the game audio; so we had to ask for that, to which the staff complied which was nice, but you gotta have the playoff game audio or else some people might not feel comfortable asking and would leave. My biggest complaint is the wait time for to-go orders. They say it’ll be ready in 15 to 20 minutes, but it often takes 30 to 40 minutes. Just set realistic expectations! Another point of frustration is the food preparation. I understand cooks come and go, but one time I had a cheesesteak that was amazing—perfectly cooked steak pieces, nicely chopped. The next time, however, I received an entire uncut piece of steak on bread with just a slice of American cheese. Seriously? They did fix it, but the cook insisted he had done it correctly. It’s disappointing—it could be so much better!
We waited 45 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. We didn't eat any of it and ended up leaving. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have all day to spare. Just saying!
I ordered the meatballs with ricotta, and I finally discovered a restaurant that makes their own meatballs—what a treat! They’re absolutely delicious!
It is a bar, but a bar with delicious pizza and wings. Noisy bur nice sesting. Prices are excellent, especially for the specials. Lots of parking. Book a table now
