Usually they are good, but I went here with a few friends and was told in advance about a 40 min wait for food. That’s fine, no huge deal, we ordered wings and then over an hour later, half the table got some of their food but not all and then the rest of the table didn’t get anything while people who got there after us had already been eating. We questioned this and found out our ticket was lost. We finally ended up just leaving before we got the rest of our food because the wings we did get were cold. Well I don’t have much good to say we got there about 6:30 ordered our food after we got told it would be 40 mins for food which we were fine with since we came with friends so we can talk while we wait for our food. Waitress was not nice was mad about everything we ordered never came and gave us refills. We got 2 orders of wings after 40 mins which there was 4 of us so 2 of us got food while the others still waited we waited for an hour an half for the rest of our food and never got it we ended up leaving because they told us they lost our slip so they didn’t know how long it would be for our food to come out. First last time here. It took 45-50 minutes for our order of 4. 8” pizza, Philly sandwich, shrimp basket kids pasta there were only two other people sitting to dine. Pasta was cold, pizza was doughy and cold, Philly steak tasted like rubber and overdone, pop was flat in the plastic cups they give. Waitress was okay. My husband ended up just giving the card before looking at the receipt so we could GO and I noticed our bill was $10 more than it should have been after we left pay attention! Definitely will NOT be returning.
I ordered pizza and fries for takeout, was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. However, my brother-in-law went to pick it up and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. When he returned home, we noticed one of the toppings was incorrect. I called to speak to a manager, but the phone was set down and I could hear conversation in the background. After waiting on hold for 25 minutes, they eventually hung up on me. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this restaurant. Book a table now
Our server didn't say hello. Had a stank attitude. Didn't check on us once once our food arrived. Didn't ask if we needed a refill until it was too late. I've never left 0 on a tip until this night. I've been in the restaurant business for a long time. If you're in a bad mood, don't expect tips. If you can't properly greet someone, don't expect a tip. I recently dined at this restaurant and had a meal other than breakfast or lunch. The price per person was between $10 and $20. I would rate the food a 4 out of 5, the service a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 4 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Honey Hot Wings dish.
The service at this restaurant was disappointing, with slow and inattentive staff. The atmosphere, however, was decent with a cozy and inviting ambiance.
