I made a reservation here for 4 of my friends and I, and confirmed it prior. Upon arriving, my reservation showed up as a different date in their system even though I had the confirmation on my phone. Instead of taking ownership, the manager (I assume) was super rude and was blaming me (saying I didn’t confirm, or booked the wrong date, etc) all of which was countered by my email that showed the correct date and time. It was a really bad way to start and unfortunately just got worse from there. It took us 30 minutes to get drinks, we had to ask three times for water, and our dinner took well over an hour to come after we placed our order.
