Our meal was enjoyable, but there were no standout items. The course pacing was not great we received one of our appetizers, but the second one was delayed and only came with all of the main courses. Plus, they left off the key ingredient that sold us on one of the dishes. The service was generally attentive despite a very large party that night, though the owner continued his storytelling as our meal arrived which was odd. Unfortunately, the 30+ person party near us was so loud and deafening that our group of four had a really difficult time hearing each other and our ears were ringing by the time we left. Tapizon is my new favorite!! The ceviche and the brisket bowl have been my go to menu items I heard they may be leaving the dinner menu but still available for weekend brunch I hope and pray they return to the dinner menu, since they are AMAZING!!! I've also really enjoyed the cheesy dice and the sliders, and I'm looking forward to trying the new menu items soon (but please bring back the ceviche and the bowls). If you're up for dessert, their signature is incredible not too sweet, very unique texture tapioca crepes, beautiful presentation
I had a fantastic experience at tapizôn. The drinks were amazing, especially the 1918 original caipirinha. The Picanha steak was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Mel provided exceptional service and was incredibly positive. I will definitely be returning 100% next time. Kudos to the owner for creating such a welcoming and authentic atmosphere. Thank you!
The food was served cold and the server was constantly interrupting. They seemed to not know when to approach the table politely. The salmon dish was undercooked and had to be sent back, even though I usually like it medium. Even the basmati rice was undercooked and cold. It's disappointing because I was looking forward to trying the food in El Segundo.

The server was friendly, the atmosphere was lovely, and the espresso martini was delicious. However, prices were very high and the food was only average. The medium ribeye was overcooked and dry, and the fries and cheese bread were served cold. We were disappointed with the quality of the food given the high cost.
The restaurant has a limited selection of dishes, but they are all unique and original. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and there is a spacious outdoor patio.
