We enjoyed the freshly made tortilla chips and salsa. Pictured is the halibut ceviche, served with even more chips—two of us couldn't finish it! It was delicious, spicy, and quite filling. We ordered fish tacos based on a recommendation from a friend who spends part of the year in Mexico, and we were not disappointed. The fish was fresh, crispy, and the house-made tortillas were fantastic, perfectly complemented by the sauce and cabbage. Fantastic service, a delicious menu, and the best margaritas we've ever had! Despite the busy night, we were able to get our name on the waiting list. Once a table became available, they called us right away. The culinary execution of the Tostada-Kontramar and Mariscos-Tacos was exemplary. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented, complemented by friendly and prompt service from the staff. I highly recommend it—10/10! Absolutely fantastic! These are the best margaritas I've ever tasted—shaken to perfection. The Tostada Contramar was exquisite, and the Ahi Tuna tacos were exceptional. The service was outstanding as well. Thank you for the wonderful experience: delicious food, a great atmosphere, and top-notch service. As someone who owns a restaurant, I truly appreciate the excellence on display here. Our group of 14 was thoroughly impressed!
I absolutely loved the vibe here; it reminds me of my favorite restaurant, Rostizado, in Edmonton. The ceviche and fish tacos are amazing! The ingredients are super fresh, and I really enjoy the family-style platters. I might have to make more frequent trips to Kaslo just to come back to this place! Book a table now
Had the Taco stock shield. We all enjoyed it. You also had a very tasty spirit that you expensive daily drink special. Our staff was great. I would eat a point here again if I passed this beautiful city
Great food! The tacos were delicious and so were the margaritas! Loved the patio views of the lake. The fish tacos were a huge hit with my husband and kids!
For some reason in 2021, this restaurant doesn't have takeout. Don't come here unless you feel like waiting for 2 hours (not worth it)
