Went here for Sunday morning breakfast we had never been here before, we ordered chilaquiles started off well BUT halfway into the meal there was a Medium sized hair in the food that came up as I picked up the fork to take my next bite. Definitely a big disappointment and I glanced at the cook and noticed no hat or hairnet was on her. I got the attention of the waitress and did not receive an apology it was brushed off like oh it 's just a hair no big deal she did go back and asked the cook to remake the meal but who can eat comfortably after that? I had passed by this place for years, and since I enjoy exploring international markets, I finally decided to check it out. First off, this grocery store is absolutely stunning! There are murals all over the place, even painted vines climbing the pillars in the center of the store. They offer a wide variety of products: a great selection of sodas, an extensive bakery, and a large butcher section. The only area that felt somewhat underwhelming was the produce section. And if you’re on the lookout for giant piñatas of popular characters, they have those as well. Definitely worth a visit if you're in West Chicago!
Contrary to what others have experienced, I had a pleasant visit to the taqueria. Stopped by today for breakfast had the Chilaquiles Verdes con Huevo y Bistec. The food did take a lil longer than expected (20mins) but I walked in right after opening, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My meal was delicious reasonably priced. I added a Torta de Huevos con Jamon for my kids to share and paid a total bill of $27 after tax. Will definitely be back!
The food is fresh delicious. The al pastor was perfect today. Sure, they aren't the fastest at times, but good food is not fast food. Everyone is not fluent in English, but I've never had a problem; the menu is clearly bilingual and the servers are very kind. I love this place.

I was served spoiled horchata, and when I asked for a replacement, they insisted that it was fine. I couldn't believe it. I will definitely not be returning.
delicious quesadillas, the handmade tortillas are very flavorful and have some thickness to them. hot sauces are very watered down though
I highly recommend dining there! The food is incredibly delicious and fresh, and the service is excellent. I will definitely return.
Best marinated kangaroo meat burritos, also try the elephant ear tacos and the tiger penis soup............a+ rating !
