A great discovery!!! Nice menu to discover different tartars. The little extras: a toaster on the table in order to toast flavored slices according to your taste and at your own pace in accordance with the chosen dish and... a scoop of ice cream that tickles our taste buds for our greatest pleasure!!!
Modern restaurant in the middle of Sion, the lamb broth was beautiful, the roof terrace was an excellent location.
Different planaries to taste, good quality, but their beef tars could be tastier.
