This family-run restaurant is excellent, there is only a small menu, but everything is perfect. The tarte au prune is their speciality and Sunday mornings are busy with locals gathering their takeaway dates for Sunday deserts. The shells are also excellent. The service is very good, all the staff are friendly and helpful and the food comes quickly. The garden is beautiful and shaded, so it is very pleasant to eat outside, but there is also a large restaurant and winter garden inside.

We were so glad we found this restaurant next to our stay on the campsite. The location was beautiful by the sea and the waitress was efficient and welcoming. We ordered the Moules as all reviews said they were extraordinary and they were, but the meal was left by the chips that were served with them, they were the worst chips we have ever seen and cooked in old dark oil. Nothing like the pictures they show on their ad.

We found this place by chance last night. I might have had the best shells I've ever eaten, and the ice cream for dessert was also great, I ordered a bowl of mango and one of passion fruits and they had both small pieces of each fruit in them, very delicious. The staff was also very friendly, the waiter made friendly conversation with us when we arrived. I have nothing negative to say about this place, it was wonderful:

My mum who lives in St George kept saying how great this place was. I loved the history with the four generations that have ran this establishememt. The setting was ok, the food ok (bavette and.... tart aux prunes). But the service was so poor. I am not sure if they are trying to be quirky but the main guy came across as really rude. Will not come back
