When we got there the place was full and there were people waiting in front of us. The pretty soon got a table and then another table, that they promised us was supposed to leave but didn't. They went and got an extra table out for us! Nice raciones (medium plates of food to share) and with each drink you get a different tapa. All very tasty and nice service. Sitting outside looking into a very old street with beautifull buildings it was a very nice evening.
After so many years as a client, the waiters change you from a reserved table according to the friendly interests of each client, we go to a disaster, after showing the desire to want our table to respond ungratefully to the waitress, that's what there is. I won't come back until they change staff.
I lived in Madrid for seven years and have travelled all over Spain and I had never had any tapas as good and original as in Tasca Burladero, the cook is a real chef, he loves what he is doing and that is reflected in the quality of the food. Thank you

10 mins waiting for service, after a while we decided to leave. Can't comment the food, just maybe a little bit sketchy to have Spanish, US, Mexican and Thai food on the menu.
