It is important to know that this restaurant is open only for lunch and it is more than advisable to have reservations. There are only six tables and they are serviced by the owner, who is warm, gentle and most willing to guide you through your meal. The food is the very best of home cooking and it is much like dining at a good friend 's home. The menu offers a lot of choices, but whatever you chose it will be beyond your greatest hopes. I had the scrambled eggs with asparagus. It sounded quite simple and it was. But it was incredibly delicious and I found myself headed to heaven. The black pork with clams was the best version I have ever had on this, the most famous of Alentejo 's offerings...
Tasquinha do Oliveira was exceptional, and the owner takes great pride in his cuisine. He is happy to explain the menu (it’s only in Portuguese). We had lamb and the black-footed pig jowl (similar to guanciale, it is a local Alentejo delicacy). The assortment of appetizers were all delicious. The local Alentejo Esporão wine was excellent. Plan ahead, it only has 14 seats across 5 tables! This was the best meal we had during out entire 10 days in Portugal
Eu fui saber que é taquicardia que tanto interesse me pediu para saber pelos comentários, no entanto, não me surpreendeu. o que eles apresentam de pratos em redes sociais não são aqueles apresentados no sábado, apenas 4 pratos normais e sem nenhum preço adequado. vinhos com preços de uma garrafeira superior. as entradas nada excepcional exceto os pataniscas. concluindo, um almoço de 2 pessoas normais e com o vinho mais barato, 80 euros. Pensa.
Um morador local na rua recomendou este restaurante e foi maravilhoso. É pequeno, com muitas recordações nas paredes e o proprietário ajudou-nos com o seu menu muito autêntico e tivemos um almoço mágico. Uma verdadeira jóia com excelente comida e as sobremesas eram deslumbrantes. Fica a apenas 10 minutos a pé do Templo e vale a pena depois de uma manhã de passeios turísticos. Book a table now
A local on the street recommended this restaurant and it was wonderful. It is small with lots of memorabilia on the walls and the owner helped us with his very authentic menu and we had a magical lunch. A real gem with excellent food and the desserts were stunning. It is only a 10 minute walk from the Temple and well worth it after a morning of sightseeing.
One of the best mean my wife and I had in Evora. From the lovely service from Oliveira to the food everything was amazing! Really worth the visit, but it is mandatory to book because it only has 10 seats!
