Taste of China - Table reservation

The food; sweet and sour pork, lemon chicken, ginger beef, black pepper chicken with veggies was a nice alternative to the traditional beef with veggies stir fry which they also had, Salad side of buffet consisted of 1 pasta salad, a bowl of green salad with 4 dressing options, a platter with beets, sweet butter pickles, tomatoes and cucumbers and then further down there was watermelon, cantaloupe, mango tapioca pudding, some sort of dessert rice pudding, and deviled eggs, or should i say a deviled egg, there was only one. This restaurant is under new ownership, and it's a fantastic mom and pop Chinese restaurant. The staff and the atmosphere is charming. The food is fresh, and the dumplings are homemade! The staff make the experience worthwhile. The restaurant is spotless. Definitely worth driving into town of you're on the road, or hitting up the golf course.

Took my family here today for lunch and let me tell you, the food here is amazing the service was on par owners are super friendly and accommodating! If there was a 6th star this place would get it!! Terrible service, mediocre food. Pass on this place next time. By terrible service I meant that we waited over 1 hour to get our food while dining in for lunch and it wasn't that busy. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20
