Chef Goff knocks it out of the park. The roots shine through during the update and offer some great improvements, such as table service and local food at low prices. Is it McDonalds cheap? No, of course not. But it retains its status as one of the cheapest diners in the city, it has excellent diner food and drinks that are produced locally, if possible and in an amazing way (saves the hot chicken sandwich. Do it. Do not wait, and it calculates what it takes to source this food and take care of its people. The mind of buttons continues to live while it includes changes that have long come. Here are another 80 years thanks to the improvements made!

I tell you what, this place was great! I really enjoyed my meal here. I stopped in for breakfast and had a wonderful meal. Please stop by and help out a small business that seems to be a stable staple of West Asheville! Wish I lived closer and could go more but I will be back whenever I visit from Charlotte. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

New property. Chef puts so much taste in everything! Delicious homemade ranch for the creative style wings. Hot chicken sandwich has all kinds of sauce on it. So delicious, no matter what you get. And neither too expensive can you get away for lunch at about 12-13 dollars. 10/10 best place on Haywood.

Excellent smoked chicken wings. And the Rabbit gumbo was more like a heart stew. Reminded me Brunswick Stew?just not as sweet?.. if you are familiar with the food of the Low Country. Highly recommend.

Best THING IN WEST ASHEVILLE!!!! I definitely enjoyed my lunch. I had a sloppy joh and seasoned wrinkles. Everything was amazing.
