Can appreciate a family run business, however the place is quite dirty... additionally the servers would walk in from the back (which is their house) without washing their hands or putting on gloves and begin preparing your order. A little off putting. Whilst our food was okay, it was hard to eat when considering the uncleanliness. Sorry guys! Would definitely recommend an increase in hygienic practices... all the best in future endeavours.
my vegetarian burger had chili sauce, although the ingredients tomato sauce indicated (I am very sensitive to chill sauces, as it leads to reflux) I complained about menulog, they contacted the owner to ask the authority to refund the cost of the burger and they would not refund the burger. menulog would have received a refund as uber eats in this case. terrifying service I will not buy from them again.
Customer service 100%(very friendly) but at a hefty price...I don’t think I’ll ever have fish and chips again. I’m still sick at the moment can’t sleep...donno whether its food poisoning or the fish was undercooked. Don’t waste your money.
