I went there because a friend recommended it and I regret listening to him! The food was inedible and after a couple of spoonful and trying it with different sauces, I had to stop eating! The meat (beef) was burnt and was very dry and possibly prepared during revolutionary wars! The rice was unflavored. Most interestingly, the food was served in an aluminum foil, even though I told the server that I will dine it! My guess is that the food was a takeout from few nights ago and had been sent back, because of its horrible taste, and as wasting food is a sin, they served it to me! I hope that this experience only costs me15 bucks and nothing horrible happens to my stomach/guts! Take home message...
Our momos took about 10 minutes to prepare and arrived piping hot. I ordered the steamed chicken momos while my boyfriend opted for the chili beef momos. My momos were served with two dipping sauces—one spicy and the other tomato-based. I enjoyed both, but the tomato sauce was my favorite. The flavors came together perfectly with the soft dough, tender pieces of chicken, and crispy onion shreds. My boyfriend also loved his chili beef momos.
The prices are incredibly reasonable. We both had a meal for about what it would cost for just one person at most other restaurants in Boston. Seriously, you should definitely check this place out! I loved it.
We ordered the basic steamed pork mo:mo, and they were truly some of the best we've ever had. They were large and packed generously with high-quality pork, perfectly seasoned. We also tried the paneer chili, which featured cubes of cottage cheese cooked in a sweet and spicy homemade chili sauce. The flavor was outstanding; the sweetness and heat complemented each other nicely, although it was quite spicy. The service was excellent as well. Plus, you can purchase frozen mo:mos to take home.
The food here is truly authentic and delicious. I recommend placing your order in advance to avoid having to wait until the momos become soggy. The quality has remained outstanding over the years, which is impressive given that many Indian and Nepali restaurants tend to decline over time. This place has consistently delivered great food, even after relocating to a larger venue across the street. We've been coming here for the past five years, and it never disappoints.

Good flavors and quaint neighborhood Nepalese joint. Personally I enjoyed the thali more than the momos. The spicy momos were a tad too saucy for me and most of my order had ‘leaked’. Goat thali was delicious, the veggies and cauliflower was a good compliment but the dal too salty. The pickles and chili sauce were my fav. Samosas were huge, tasty and I enjoyed the mango lassi. They are quite busy with takeout orders so about a 20min wait for food on weekends.
Ordered pick-up and the food was ready well packed. The food was really good. If you are a fan of spicy food go for Chili Mo Mo. I am a vegetarian and there are quite a few vegan and vegetarian options. Also ordered Veggie Chowmein and they were not very spicy. The food overall tastes good and was well packed. Very friendly staff. The best part is they are open until 10 pm.
fantastic dumplings that are worth waiting! Definitiw recommend the fried pan, or the chili dumplings if they wish a moderately spicy farewell. also something nice (and unexpected! bollywood ambiente with our meal.
The people here are wonderful—so kind and attentive! They went out of their way to make us a fresh lentil soup on short notice. They are truly humble individuals. The vegetable thali and momos were both delicious!
