It must have been an off night for them. We usually enjoy the food here, but this time was a letdown. We ordered takeout, and I got the grilled chicken salad, which was supposed to have both iceberg and romaine, but there was no romaine at all. The lettuce was old and brown, definitely not fresh. My companion requested extra dressing for her salad, but it was forgotten. I ordered two meatballs but only received one, although it was delicious. We’ll still continue to dine here; we’re hopeful for a better experience next time.
Dining In turned out to be quite disappointing. It's completely self-service, but you won't be notified of this in advance; you have to figure it out on your own. For instance, if you order a salad to enjoy there, good luck! You'll need to ask the dishwasher in the back to prepare it for you. Yes, that's actually how it operates. By the time I finally got my salad, it was just mediocre. The pizza I ordered was dry and lacked flavor. This place used to be excellent, but it now feels like it has really declined.
Fantastic restaurant! I definitely need to visit more often. Joey, a talented young athlete who makes amazing pizzas, really deserves a raise. It's been a while since my last visit to the restaurant, so I decided to stop by for a small carryout pizza. I was warmly welcomed by a lovely lady, and I was on my way in about 25 minutes. The food was delicious!

Best quick lunch at a great price. The dining area is filled with legends of Cleveland sports moments. Highly recommend this anytime you can't decide where to eat nearby.
