Taverna Corfu - Table reservation

I love Greek food and I decided to go to this restaurant with my parents who were visiting me since I read good reviews. The staff was nice when we arrived and that made me think that I chose the right place. Never thought wronger. We ordered the dishes, and my father and I were having mixed grilled which was supposed to be with salad as side. After 15 minutes they brought us the salad only, and after 1 hour we had ordered and had asked the waitress how long we were supposed to wait, we started receiving our plates (in the meantime we had eaten the salad since we were hungry). We came here while visiting friends. Excellent food! Everything our group had was loved! We started with Taziki and pita also tried some type of cheese sauce with it so good. Lamb filet cooked perfect, mixed grill also very good. Great variety. We did not speak much German but luckily someone in our group translated and they have 1 English menu. Good change from all the German food we have had on our trip

Had a great moussaka the 2nd time around, the first time they forgot my order of calamari. When it arrived after 1,5h, the calamari were tough as rubber. Not impressed by the interior, although the terrace is alright. I prefer the other Greek restaurant Taverna Tassos by far!

Great food, fresh salad and vegetables and seafood! Had to wait, but overall we enjoyed our meals. Grilled Kalamari were amazing!
