Este restaurante adquiere su nombre de la antigua fábrica textil que funcionaba donde ahora está el restaurante. Ofrece una cocina mediterránea y de mercado, destacando sus carnes argentinas, como en bife y cebón. En la carta podrá encontrar una amplia selección de postres y de vinos de primera calidad. Recomendamos el bife argentino, cebón irlandés, milhojas de manzana y foie.
