Die Taverne ist das Familienrestaurant des Fünfsternehauses Arosa Kulm. Integriert sind eine Kegelbahn und ein Kinderhort, was die angenehme Folge hat, dass die Kinderlein nebenan betreut werden, während die Eltern in Ruhe speisen können. Auf der karte stechen vor allem die Fleisch-Spezialitäten hervor, die vom Gast auf dem heissen Stein selber nach Belieben durchgebraten werden können, begleitet von einer Auswahl leckerer Saucen. Mein Hirschfilet z.B. war von einer unglaublichen Zartheit. Zum Auftakt gibt es ein Salatbüfett, das aber nicht durch besondere Originalität auffällt. Herausragend ist hingegen die Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit der Bedienung, und die Weinkarte ist schier unerschöpfl...
Es ist jetzt schon einige Zeit her, dass ich das letzte mal in der Taverne war, bei meinem letzten Besuch war ich begeistert. und diese mal noch mehr.Gabor der uns 2014 so herzlich bedient hat ist immer noch in der Taverne und hat den selben Charme wie damals.Das Essen ausgezeichnet, (Pferdefilet 350g vom heissen Stein) einfach super.Die Weinkarte ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. wo sonst gibt es Freisamer aus Malans und dies auch noch per Glas!Sicherlich wird nicht nochmals so viel Zeit vergehen bis ich wieder in die Taverne gehe. Ich freue mich sehr auf den nächsten Besuch!!
This is another restaurant in the Kulm hotel (the others being the Ahaan Thai, Muntanella and the Stüva Cuolm (actually 3 mins walk away). It overlooks the swimming pool and is next to the hotel's bowling alley.Less sophisticated food than the other restaurants but good, specialising in meat cooked on a hot stone or pizzas. Ambiance good, service good and food good
La vue est remarquable tout comme le personnel qui est aussi sympathique qu'efficace. Les plats sont bons mais sans plus pour une addition qui peut dépasser CHF 80.00 par personne pour un repas ordinaire. On trouve mieux pour moins cher à Arosa.
