The food is excellent and compared to other 2 star restaurants, even better. The service normal for a 2 star restaurant. The quality of the goods and presentation also normal for this class. But it doesn 't have to be another time. The prices of the wine cellar exaggerated, absolutely. It is a pleasure to see the very high calculated prices for the entire wine list, which increases the value of my own wine cellar for a moment, but absolutely exaggerated when you have known the purchase prices for 40 years. The profit is made on the beverage, yes, but not really acceptable for rounding off a menu.
Unfortunately, the tasting menu was consistently too sour for me. It started with vinegar and ended with lemon. I found it a great pity that the desire for less acidity could not be catered for here it was simply the chef's style, they reasoned. Unfortunately, said chef never showed up throughout the evening.
