Sollte mal etwas vergriffen sein, wird angeboten (wenn noch vorhanden), das Teil nach zu bestellen. Und das ohne extra Porto (im Vergleich zu Bestellungen im Internet). Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Fehlen z. B. irgendwelche Produktinformationen, informiert sich der Mitarbeiter sofort und gibt diese an den Kunden weiter. Ich bestelle ab und an Artikel über Tchibo online und lasse sie mir in die Filiale nach Rheinfelden liefern. Hat bislang immer problemlos funktioniert. Mir persönlich gefällt die Filiale in Rheinfelden wad die Einrichtung angeht besser als die Lörracher Filiale. Wirkt für mich wärmer. Die angebotenen Cakes und vor allem der Zimt Muffin sind richtig gut. Auch das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zugegeben, sie liegt im Vergleich zu der Filiale in Lörrach etwas verdeckt, ist jetzt aber kein Nachteil( gibt ja Google maps... Ich kann sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen und die 5 Sterne sind für mich gerechtfertigt.
