The restaurant is situated within a plaza that features numerous shops, and there's a spacious parking lot, so finding a spot was no issue. I ordered the green milk tea with boba and loved that they use organic teas; the flavor of the tea truly stood out without being overwhelmed by sugar or cream. The boba had a pleasantly chewy texture, making for a great drink. The staff were friendly, and there was indoor seating available. I also noticed a shelf with a few games, which adds a nice touch if you want to relax and hang out for a while. Overall, it seems like a charming little spot!

This was my first time going to Teaport. I live milk tea and saw they had brown sugar milk tea so I stopped in. It is a very cute store with cozy seating. Bathrooms are available to the customers. Ordering was easy and the girl taking my order was very nice. I sat down in a cozy hanging egg chair and just as I got comfortable my tea was ready. The milk tea was average. It tasted a little watered down fir me. Hopefully this was not how they normally make it. I will try it again when I am in the area to see if it changes. For now I have to say I didn't enjoy it.

I visited the restaurant hoping to try the brown sugar tiger and the Thai smoothie, but both drinks were really watery. I'm not even sure which one I got, as the brown sugar drink I was served looked completely different from what was shown on Yelp. It tasted like sugar water, and I couldn't even take more than two sips. Additionally, the baristas ignored me twice when I asked if it was blended. I have a feeling they just put the watery drink in the blender and served it, when it should have had cream to make it better.

The only good thing was the music playing. The boba was hard and not good like just so not good and didn't taste like honey? And my tea was half sweet, tell me why I almost felt like going into a diabetic coma drinking it :/Also how are you gonna stare at us while we walk in and not say anything or greet us? Just went here with my gf. We looked at each other, after walking in, b/c it smelled like sewer inside. I ordered a Thai Tea (without Boba) and the cashier who took my order soon handed me one WITH Boba. And, I’ve had better tasting Thai Tea from a can I bought at 7-Eleven. Very disappointed. Won’t go back.

A hidden gem in San Dimas. I recommend you try their mango lilikoi (passion fruit) green tea. A spacious place to study or catch up with friends. I like how they have board games and a small arcade machine. I'll be back to try other drinks soon.

Not good. 3 stars for the nice employee and ambience. One star for tea I can't have sugar. So I got green tea with milk. I'm not sure why the tea color looked weird. It tasted like flowers and chemicals. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

This was the worst boba I’ve ever had. It was hard and not enjoyable at all. They really need to improve their preparation methods.
