I visited at lunchtime on Friday. it was very busy. I had the special (English breakfast) it had 2 sausages, 2 speck, 2 eggs, black pudding, hash brown, massive amounts of mushrooms, borons, tomaten, two pieces fried brot, two pieces toast. a really massive amount of food. the fried brot is the best thing I had in a caffe in the lytham road area and the two fried eggs were perfect. the sausages and speck are bland, but they can not complain when they find out that everything that eats is just £5.95! and it is all cooked to order, which means that everything tastes fresh, but also means that it took one because to arrive, so it is not a place for someone in a hurry. I used to adore this cafe and would always visit whenever in the area, but I was very disappointed by my experience this afternoon. I came in for a coffee and told the waitress that I would also like a traditional breakfast after finishing my coffee. Unfortunately, I waited for about 40 minutes with an empty cup and no service before deciding to leave. It was much more enjoyable when customers could order at their own pace. I don't think I will be returning to this cafe in the future.
what a wonderful caffe that serves delicious breakfast! very friendly and cozy atmosphere. we came to the breakfast and had a special breakfast, a healthy breakfast and a changed mini breakfast for my nephew. great price and great service, I had a review below about a long wait, but we had no complaining. breakfast served, eaten and coffee in about 35 minutes. will visit again thank you
It's 5 stars from me. We were recommended this place for breakfast and it did everything and more to set us up for the day. Lovely atmosphere , terrific grub. Oh and the teapot itself was brimming with great tea. Excellent value! Book a table now
Roast dinner at 11.30 am totally awesome . Home made everything Breakfast is very good too. Cheap aswell . It's a must .... CHRISTMAS DINNER was out of this world
Been here quite a few times .the food is excellent. Usually busy at dinner times so expect to wait s bit longer .but its worth the wait. You won't be disappointed
The restaurant offers fantastic food in generous portions at a much lower cost compared to other cafes nearby. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming.
