Exotic mushroom appetizers: mushrooms were savory and perfectly sweet and salty, portion was more for a single person, and the mix had button mushrooms and shiitake, Ithink. For my main course, I sampled the chef's sushi. The fish was exceptionally fresh and delicate, served in four pieces, though the rice didn’t hold together as well as I’d hoped. I also tried the Thai basil lamb chops, which were juicy and perfectly cooked to medium-rare. The basil flavor was strong and well balanced, and the mashed potatoes were smooth and creamy without being too heavy.
I also ordered the sesame-crusted tuna, which was cooked well but came in a rather small portion with a generous amount of sauce—perhaps a bit too much for my liking. The sweet potatoes complemented the dish nicely.

My wife, who is originally from Japan, and I absolutely adore Teikoku. We come here specifically for the sushi and sashimi, which are genuinely the best we've ever tasted. Unlike many other sushi bars, Teikoku boasts an unmatched variety and exceptional freshness. We've known Master Sushi Chef Koichi Aoyama since before he joined Teikoku, and we’re delighted to have him leading the kitchen. On our way home from dinner, we both agreed that we need to visit more often! Thank you, Chef Aoyama and the entire team at Teikoku!
We got the tasting menu last night and it was amazing. Our server, Dan P., Was astounding. He did a great job of explaining each dish as it came out, asked how each one was and answered any questions we had. The tasting menu itself was one of the best mealsI have ever had, although anything at Teikoku is delicious. I highly recommend the tasting menu to anyone who enjoys trying avariety of foods and exploring different flavors. I know I will be back to try the tasting menu again soon!

I wish I could give this place more stars, but I think there is some room for improvement. Shoutout to the bartender because the drinks were amazing, and so was the entree. Service was also really good, and our waiter did a great job. Unfortunately, the sushi, which was the main reason why we wanted to try this place, was just ok. Dessert was also not great, and I think it should be a lot better to be on par with the kitchen and the drinks.
My wife (she's from Japan) and I LOVE Teikoku. We go for the sushi and sashimi because it is the absolute best. Unlike so many other sushi bars the selection and freshness at Teikoku is second to none. We have known master sushi chef, Koichi Aoyama, priorto his coming to Teikoku and am so glad you have him. On the way home from dinner my wife and I agreed that we need to come moreoften! Thank you Chef Aoyama and Teikoku.
