Teinei Ya Ramen has been one of my favorites ever since I discovered it. The food is fantastic, and the service is outstanding. They are quick with orders, and you can genuinely taste the care that goes into every dish. The reason I felt compelled to write this review is due to the remarkable dedication of one employee. After I finished my grocery shopping, the cashier at the market area helped me place an order at Teinei Ya. Even though it was 11:00 when I completed my purchase, they were happy to accommodate my order, despite my offer to wait an additional 15 minutes for preparation. I was thrilled to discover Hanamaru in Syosset after stumbling upon the mini mart, and even more so when I learned there was a Teinei Ya located in the back! Despite the tight space, there is ample seating for Teinei Ya customers. Additionally, there is an outdoor area near the parking lot that we utilized to dine in and escape the crowds and noise during Covid. The menu offers a variety of options including different types of ramen (I usually opt for the original), rice bowls (I recommend the Gyu don, which comes with miso soup), and appetizers/sides (the fried chicken is a must-try). For drinks or snacks, simply grab them from the mart. Make the most of having two businesses in one place!
Small Ramen spot located in the back of a small Japanese mart. Fantastic Ramen. Well worth a visit. There's even extra seating behind the main sitting area which is sizeable. The location itself is behind Coldwell banker, it can be hard to find from thestreet. But the best things require effort.
The bowl of ramen served did not mirror what their menu sells. When asked about it, the cashier was very blasé about it. On top of that, both veggie ramen were subpar at best. It was a shame because the store is nice. Avoid this place for eating.

A great hole in the wall location for Ramen. Haven't sampled a lot of the menu but what I have had is good and consistent. The mart is also nice. You can pick up some odds and ends for the pantry and some good selection on asian theme snacks.
Ordered on uber eats and it was so so so good! The packaging was also great cause the noodles and toppings are separated from the broth so it doesn't get soggy. Highly recommend the spicy ramen

Great lil spot that has great Japanese ramen and udon. They also have a decent list of appetizers and other hot food. My go-to if I'm in the mood for Japanese cuisine.

Had takeout from here today and tried the tonkatsu ramen and the pork bao buns. The presentation was good and everything was fresh and delicious.
