Letzte Mal dort bestellt! Der Fahrer gibt eine falsche Adresse ein, ruft mich an dass er da sei und ich drücke auf obwohl niemand da ist. Ich rufe zurück und frage wo er sei, angeblich an meiner Adresse,was er leider aber nicht war. Ich gucke nach und wiederhole meine Adresse. Er war ganz woanders und hat mich dafür verantwortlich gemacht obwohl ich meine Adresse angegeben habe. Ich rief in der Filiale an. Mein Essen wurde nicht geliefert. Es wurde gelogen und Kundenservice ist definitiv was anderes. Nachdem ich mit der Polizei gedroht habe weil man mir mein Geld auch nicht wieder geben wollte und mich auf morgen vertröstet hat bis der Chef da sei und das Essen immer noch nicht ausgeliefert...
I decided to order online and get pizzas and a salad delivered to us on our place. Delivery was quick, driver friendly but we found the pizzas only to be average. Taste was mediocre, pretty much the same that you can find at every...pizza restaurant in the city. Experience wasn't disappointing but i am not sure if i would order again from this restaurant

worse pizza ever, they never order here. the pizza just has no taste, it cannot explain its just strange. I have to find out a few times too late after ordering because tehy is the only one that is late. but I must admit that the last tinme, no improvement, just a sad tasteless pizza

we had vegan burgers among others. so far we have always found them super tasty. but this time was almost no salate on it and both burgers were simply very dry! really bad and go for almost 9,00 per burger an absolute no!
the burger didn't taste, the meat tasted strange, the tomate (a disc), was thin-heavy cut, quite different as before! and the dish zaziki for 2€ was just a small cleck(fitted on a spoon on it)
I was told that there is the best pasta in the world in Germany, and I definitely believe that. I don't know what they do, but the spice is spectacular.
pizza and pita were very tasty, the driver nice, all the best
