Terrible... I give it one star because it doesn't let me give less. We went in and with the menu they told us, 40 minutes before closing, that the kitchen was closing and that perhaps we couldn't have the second pizza. We finished the first one and before closing time, I was having problems doing the next one. I ask him for a complaint form and then he tells me that they will do it for me but medium. We had to have dinner quickly and on top of that another family came in and once they were seated, they ordered and it turned out that they couldn't eat here, but it was takeaway ...the man has raised his family and left super angry... well... p... sad!!!
I went this afternoon at 2:49 p.m. to order the telepizza buffet with unlimited food and drinks. The girl at the counter tells me that you can only request this service until 2:45 p.m., I ask her where it says that and she tells me that at the door since the website says that it is active all day, I go out, and at the door It says it's on until 3:30 p.m. I go back to ask, showing that the website says ALL DAY, and it tells me that because it is a Moorish and Christian holiday, it is no longer possible. The festivities start tomorrow, Thursday. All excuses, it's been years since I've been to a telepizza and I think a few are going to happen again.
They have a menu with drinks for €7.45. But there are three of us with celiac disease and gluten-free pizzas are not included. And it costs the three of us €32 for three gluten-free pizzas, 1 water and 1 coke. With a menu it would have been €22 and you could eat and drink much more 10 euros more It doesn't seem fair to me
