Love the ambience, the drinks, the wait staff was very friendly and did not pester. We all had couple of drinks each (old fashion, Honey bee and more), several apps, salad (beat salad is tasty), and main dish to share... Had a lovely evening for few hours... Parking is a bit challenging but not a big deal. I would go here again. Also several other restaurants in the area which is nice to have just in case you did not have advance booking and could get a spot. Although I would go to Tempo again!!
I love Tempo and am a frequent diner. Last night we arrived to find no power yet they were open and said could accommodate outdoors with apps and salads and drinks. Servers very unclear about what was possible and had to keep going to ask. Wine took minutes to come. One appetizer was burnt and we returned it . Server didn't take it off tab and had to be reminded. The app and salad we did eat were good. Likely should not have been open at all. Hopefully a one time occurrence
This was my first time in Watham and Tempo came highly recommended. Unfortunately our experience was just okay. The waiter didn’t appear to know the menu and couldn’t recommend much on the menu because he hadn’t hadn’t tried it. Service was very slow. We got there right after opening, We kept looking around for our waiter to order and get drink refills. Not sure we’ll go back
The food was decent, Our server was excellent. We sat by the bar, which was packed. My husband was constantly getting elbowed and touched by the bar patrons. It was pouring rain and he kept getting wet from passing patrons. 3 people deep at the bar with tables is too much. We did not request a bar table and sat there anyways. We will go back but no bar side for us!

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and there was a great variety on the menu, along with an impressive wine list and specialty cocktails. My chicken parmesan was surprisingly amazing. Both the manager and the server were very attentive. I will definitely go back!
Lovely time. We had the fried oysters wonderful but spicy beware. Tagliatelle with beef was a little watery and not a lot of flavor. The chicken parm and fettuccine was excellent but big portions so plan ahead. Greek salad excellent
We love our visits to Tempo! Something as simple as the sourdough bread starter keeps us coming back! Exceptional service (our waitress Michaela was the nicest woman), fun atmosphere, excellent music mix, it's the go to place!
Been here several times but each time reminded how surprisingly great it is fun in the bakbar, great drinks, great food and service. Waltham is lucky to have yet another great dining spot with live music too.
