We've been meaning to get to Temptations Gourmet since it opened, and finally made it there on Boxing Day for a quick lunch as we braved the sales at Claremont Quarter.
They have a very interesting selection of sweet & savoury items, Renay had a delicious satay chicken wrap and I had a pulled pork & slaw slider on brioche which was really flavoursome. I liked that you could order just half a wrap or just one slider, which of course left more room for sweets!

Feeling like an American police reality star, I jumped straight into ordering coffee and doughnuts....before Sybarite's soy matcha latte offered up a less stereotypical flavour to the whole affair!!
With a looming car trip, the mini berry jam filled doughnuts were sure to provide much needed sustenance - and they certainly did.
Light and quite fluffy, they were on a little too soft for me.... just lacking that little bit of fresh crunch which makes biting into a doughnut such a singularly wonderful experience.

I grabbed a chicken pie here about a month ago. It was delightful but I have definitely eaten better. And today I bought a chicken salad roll in a cheesy pretzel bagel... which would have been super delicious if they had seasoned it correctly... they clearly have the grinder on the sea salt way too coarse as I had several mouthfuls that were completely ruined due to wayyyy too much salt. I attach a pic of one of the pieces I picked out compared to the size of my thumbnail. For a $10 takeaway sandwich I definitely expected better attention to detail. ???? First time I was here the food and the service was fantastic. Second time was just the same.
Third time, I thought the guy had a bad day.... but since, he's been consistently rude as if he was too good to serve me. Perhaps he needs a new job.
Real shame. Love their sausage rolls but this regular won't be back. Can't enjoy the food after that kind of service!

Had this yesterday afternoon : flat white (not great but not bad) and the vanilla custard cronut (???????? was flavorful). Love the location it's in, the Claremont mall. Downside, there's not much seating area. 3 tables and some stools. I guess it's mainly a take away place. Not a recommended if you've got kids.
Not sure why the rating here is so low. Amazing looking baked goods on display, lots of, sweet and savoury. Extensive drinks menu, including matcha, which was good. Lovely service. More of a take away/grab a quick bite to eat sorta place. Only a few seats available. Will definitely come back when in the area.
This little outlet is marvelous. The sandwiches are divine and the assortment is fantastic. If you are feeling naughty grab a cup of deluxe doughnut balls with your coffee. So yummy

Perfect for quick snack to go after shopping! Tried beef curry & american wrap with peanut sauce. Flavor some and liked them! Although their Raw berry cheesecake was just ok, I'm happy to go back and try something new!

Love the friendly staff, always happy to help and soooo many yummy baked goodies to choose from! Also cant go past a coffee from Dukes Roasters! One of my go-to places to pick up some treats.
