I have emailed twice and gave my thoughts regarding our recent visit when asked for feedback (as we used the app to order) but have still not received a reply, hence my review on here: We were there to celebrate our nieces 21st birthday and the table of ten had been booked in advance however when we arrived we were initially told there were no bookings at all that evening. Eventually we we showed to a table, we are not sure if that table was hastily arranged or not but it was not a good start. We initially bought drinks at the bar. Visited Tenlock Flight today and had a disappointing experience. We waited 15 minutes to be served because there was only one person working the bar, serving food, setting the table, and making drinks for guests. When we finally received our food, the potatoes were reheated, the mashed potatoes were lukewarm, and the beef was overcooked and dry. The chicken burgers were also subpar. My grandson, however, enjoyed the food, but I was not impressed. I almost left before being served, but decided to stay. My grandson doesn't want to return to this restaurant again.
We went to ten lock fight because we were Hank Marvin and the weather was nice. Instead of firing up the barbie or throwing an Iceland £1 curry in the microwave we decided to live a little, throw caution to the wind and get fat. Meg was wonderful and took our card payments with exceptional speed and agility whilst working under extreme pressure as the bar was heaving! The food was fantastic and our little pain in the arse buggerd off with his new friends leaving us to eat and get sloshed in peace.
Great little food spot, with a convivial atmosphere, just off the off the Jubilee Bridge in Runcorn with ample parking. Meg and the team happy and dedicated with a strong customer focus. Menu options are excellent and varied, and food arrives hot , well presented and tasty. We received a discount voucher through our door but we will be happy to pay full price in the future, we are very glad to find this gem of a pub...

The food was average, but the service was very lacking. We had to clear our own plates and glasses, and the restaurant looked extremely messy. The toilets had not been cleaned in hours, despite there being plenty of staff standing around and very few customers present. Overall, not a great experience. #Avoid this restaurant for your dining needs.
Amazing and welcoming food hot and lovely service second to none they definitely know how to look after their customers Meg was fantastic , we did book our table for 3 but was on table number 1 thanks for the lovely atmosphere my granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed it A*
I went to this restaurant with my family. The pub was clean and well-maintained, and our server Lilly was friendly and polite. Despite being busy, Lilly remained professional and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely return again in the future.
The service by Meg at ten lock flight was great. She shown us the choice of drinks available and was really helpful. Really recommend
