Maybe they aren't new changes to the regulars but to me there was a ton of changes and I have to say I can see myself coming back more often now. Several weeks back, I was dining at Young Dong Tofu in Arcadia with my dear friend. After our lunch, I decided to head over to this Ten Ren Tea Time for some lavender tea boba drink. I used to go to the Ten Ren Tea near Disneyland... and they made the b*mbmiest lavender tea with red bean drink. Thought I give this Ten Ren Tea a try. Well, unfortunately, they didn't have any lavender tea drink. I ended up getting some kinda black tea milk with egg pudding drink. Haven't been here for many many years, so it was nice to come back this time with the kids. The food still delicious and so were the drinks.We ordered the ramen and black sugar milk tea. Unfortunately, their mild ended up being extra spicy. At the end, nobody was able to eat it.So, make sure to ask to try the spiceness before ordering it. Otherwise, it's just money being wasted. The food take a little bit longer to arrive but it did seem they were short staffed.Also, the place is a little bit run down with peeling chairs but that didn't bothered us.It was nice to revisit a place from my college years.
My favorite place to get good basic tea besides JIN tea shop. Roasted oolong is my go to here. The flavor is strong and you can actually taste the tea, unlike other tea shops where they dilute it so much. We like to buy tea leaves here as gifts or tea bags for ourselves cause we trust the Ten Ren brand. The drinks come out fast. Sunright is in the same plaza but their drinks are sweeter and the wait is always too long. Don't forgot to bring or get a stamp card.

I got a gallon of the boba milk tea with 25% sugar level and also a second half gallon jug of boba milk tea with 75% sugar for the sweet tooth tiger. talking about my brother. Ten ren has really good chewy Boba, and their tea is quite prestigious. My daughter likes their popping fish ball. They actually make better fries than mcds. Tea up!
Ten Ren's Tea Time a classic place to get milk tea. I like the flavors of the Jasmine green tea here. Parking is easy with a huge lot in the front. Service is okay. Overall: Will return when craving boba in the area.
I visit this place whenever I'm in the area for car servicing, and I always stop by for some tea and lunch. The service is friendly, and they offer fantastic teas!
My absolute favorite spot! It surpasses all the other Ten Ren's Tea Stations. The service is exceptional, and the food and drinks are quite good.
