We received an email with a menu attached in advance as we had booked a table for Mothers Day, but this was not the menu that was in place when we went, it was only a Sunday roast, My daughter doesn't like Roast and there was no other option for her. No children's drinks such as Fruit Shoot or apple juice, only squash. We waited at the hatch for a good 15 mins just to get a drink, no-one showed us where our table was we had to find it. It had a tiny piece of ripped off paper on it with our name on. We then had to queue again to order food, it took 45 mins to arrive and they had not put through 1 of the children's meals, which they did bring out a few minutes later. I'm glad I hadn't paid for...
they have no good idea! we have chosen the terrace as a place to eat after the graduation party of my daughter at lunchtime. my daughter is not able to eat gluten as it makes her very sick. we asked for a gluten-free roll for her burger and I also asked for a gluten-free roll to ensure that there is no risk of confusion. my daughter ate the half of her before she worked out that we had both got half a normal broth roll and half a gluten-free roll. the waitress was apologetic and has refunded our money and replaced our meal, but my daughter was really bad due to this mistake. Not that you are there when you have a very nice life.
