I had the choucroute alsacienne , which tasted good. My colleague had the tartare de boeuf , which was ok too. The red mouton cadet is very good ! Breakfast was ok, but no really good egg-cups available, which made eating of the boiled egg a bit messy.
Experience before and after a new containment, service and fast and efficient room service. Friendly staff and quality dishes. A star lost because of a rigid card.
