Terrible experience. This place is truly awful! The staff is consistently rude, lazy, and unhelpful. Save your money and choose a different restaurant—it's not worth a cent. Even after a year, the service remains disappointing. Tonight, the woman working didn’t even bother to provide me with a bag and had a bad attitude. They really need to improve!
The staff at this restaurant was very unhelpful. I approached the counter, where a young African American girl was working, to exchange a propane tank. She falsely claimed they were out of propane, but I could clearly see tanks with red caps, indicating otherwise. It's disappointing that the management allows such laziness among their employees.
Each time I come here to get fuel, the diesel pumps are unbelievably slow. It takes me 20+ minutes to put diesel in my truck (approx 22 gallons). The receipt printer never works on the pump, and the staff is less than helpful. It's almost as if nobody cares here?
DO NOT COME HERE BEFORE 7AM Steve (The one notoriously known for taking things way too overboard, counting change, etc) refuses to open at 4am and will NOT open until much later!!! Will be contacting higher ups! THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A MONTH Book a table now
Assistant manager Steph is racist ! Watched her kick out a black guy and called him a monkey !!!!! I’ll never play at that slots again as long as Stephanie is there she’s mean and has no people skills!
Parked here to get some snacks at 10:30pm, well before posted closing time. Rude older man came out and yelled at me that they were closed.
Miles was so rude I never want to come here again How do you not have lighters and a plethora of cigarettes!!!
