Habe mich heute von meinem Mann überreden lassen, obwohl wir davor so beschämend und bodenlos behandelt worden waren und dies des Öfteren bei unseren Geschäftsessen und auch an Ramadan am Familien und Firmenessen (da es nicht viele echte Halal Dönerläden gibt.! Man sollte niemanden eine weitere Chance geben vorallem keinem Restaurant! Heute wieder eine ungenießbare Dönerbestellung erhalten! So oft wir uns davor auch beschwert haben kam niee und nieee eine Entschuldigung. Auch Mails und Reklamationen wurden bisher nie beachtet daher sind wir für eine Reklamation nicht nochmal hingefahren. Wow, wow, wow ! Wir waren heute zum Frühstücken im Tevhid und es war so toll. Alles war super lecker, alles konnte nachbestellt werden, so oft man wollte und was ich unbedingt erwähnen möchte ist der extremst freundliche und aufmerksame Service. Obwohl das Restaurant komplett voll war, wurden wir regelmäßig gefragt, ob wir neuen Cay möchten, ob wir noch genügend Brot haben usw.
Tolles Restaurant, wir waren letztes Jahr nach unserem Besuch in der wilhelma dort und hatten gute Erfahrungen gemacht, es freut uns sehr dass diese heute bestätigt wurden. Freundlicher Service, gutes Essen, angemessener Preis. Das war nicht unser letzter Besuch!
