We went for Father’s Day so obviously it’s busy. It’s not really all you can eat meat when there’s barely any meat coming to your table. We were sitting for an hour and had about 3 pcs of meat. We understand that it was busy but then people made advance reservations so they should have been aware of the expected guests for that weekend. The meat do not come to your table that often. A friend of mine went the night before and they too had the same horrible experience. They’re stingy and total ripped off for the price. The value of food that I actually ate would have been under $40 for both me and my husband. But I paid $200 tip etc. We got frustrated and just left and will definitely NOT goin...

Consumer loyalty to an establishment pays off. Besides ongoing support for the business you can actually build a rapport with the Management and Staff. It is nice although not weekly, I visit often since the opening and have built those relationships. The Sincere greetings upon arrival, the excellent service we have always received and the amazing taste you can experience throughout your meal. The service has never been less that GREAT no matter how busy the visit may be.

I requested my meat to be cooked medium well, but they forgot twice and ended up bringing it out medium rare.
