This is one of those places that your meal and experience is predetermined by who is working the day you go in. Some days the food is absolutely amazing, other days it 's not worth the tip you leave for the waitress, let alone what you pay for the meal. I 'll never be one of those people that sends my food back because of a certain movie I saw when I was young has traumatized me. That being said, I 've left this place without eating my food a few times while other times I ate so much I almost thought I was going to explode. When I find a pattern to the amazing food days , I will update. Until then, just cross your fingers when you go.
We ordered med/well 20 Oz ribeyes. When they came out,the waitress must of seen my face because she immediately asked if everything was OK. For which I said, I 'm not sure yet. Our steaks were burnt,but we were tired and found them to be edible. Also,they seemed closer to a 14oz steak,not 20 as we ordered. We asked for a to go box and mentioned we 've never seen a steak so charred, she agreed. She was a great and attentive waitress.
I had a fantastic experience here last night! A few friends and I were heading to prom and decided to stop by Texas Roadhouse for a bite to eat beforehand. I’m happy to report that the Dallas fillet I ordered was incredible and cooked just the way I like it. To make the night even better, the staff complimented us on our tuxedos. I will definitely be returning!
I ordered the catfish and steak fries, while my companion had the barbecue. Both dishes were excellent. The service from our server was also outstanding. However, during our last visit a few weeks ago, when we ordered the 6-ounce Sirloin, we received a much smaller portion than usual, only 3 ounces instead of the expected 6 ounces.

we were hesitant to eat here due to the reviews but it is a small town so we decided to try it. I'm glad we did this because the steak was cooked.

The food and service here are consistently outstanding. While the loud country music can be quite off-putting, it's still worth it.
It's frustrating that someone would charge 79 cents for just a single piece of toast. That's absurd!
