we've already gone to this street house. Unfortunately, tonight was a mistake. first problem was a dirty serviette that I had to ask to be replaced. then I ordered a ribeye with wobble (the one additional fee) cooked medium, got it well done. my waitress asked if eating was well cooked, told her about the boiled steak and mentioned that the sides were not hot. she then went away to get a small plate, so I can push my riders to take the steak back. never acknowledgement or apology for the merger. the manager brought the steak back, again not apologised for the inconvenience, it was better, but had no wobble. finally done with the meal and nothing yet about the inconvenience of the situation....
Treated very badly by the staff here. This used to be our favorite steak place. We were in today for my wife's birthday dinner and were told it was a 20 minute wait for a table. No problem. We asked specifically for a table with chairs because the booths are tight and I was having back problems. They said it was fine, after 20 minutes we were walked out to... a booth. We said Hey, we can't sit at a booth And were told that no tables were available. we said we would wait for a table.. 10 minutes later they came to seat us again. At another booth. We were willing to wait for a table. We asked for a table. But were disrespected twice even after clearly communicating our needs. Zero stars.
I haven't been to this restaurant in about a year because I was tired of consistently receiving my steak either rare or well-done, as the cook seemed incapable of cooking it to my liking on the first attempt. I had to send the steak back twice. Deciding to give the place another chance yesterday, I ordered a medium steak but received a well-done one. After sending it back, I got a rare steak instead. I recommend going to Longhorn instead, where the steaks taste better and are actually cooked to order. The server was great, but unfortunately, the food was not up to par.

we were busy on Saturday. we only had to wait about 10 minutes. eating, service and atmosphere was amazing as always. we both have half the ribs with salate and pommes. the brot and the drinks are excellent. when our beautiful waitress brought the leak, I couldn't believe my eyes, it was damn at nothing! can't wait to go back!
This place is wonderful, when you have a birthday their they sing a loud song and let you sit on a saddle. the steak is cooked perfectly which is my favorite. If you are looking to get steak here, you better come with a lot of money because the food is pricey.
I always enjoy eating at Texas rd house. I get my steak well done. My kids favorite are the sweet rolls they give you when you get seated ?. This place is a must try!! Also forgot to mention my server Lexi did a great job serving us??
Our server, Ashley, was excellent. She checked on our table multiple times and was very friendly and attentive. I also appreciated that they separate the fish to prevent cross contamination. I would definitely return again.

It would get five stars but most of the staff were not wearing masks. Not sure on local town mandate. However they accomidated us with a mask waiter when asked.
