Texas Roadhouse Kissimmee

I want to preface this review by stating that Luis, our server, was fantastic and was the only reason why we stayed and didn't get up and walk out after dining at this location. Now back to one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a LONG time. We arrived at 745pm and I put our name in and was told a half hour wait and I would get a text. Waited an hour then asked and was told something happend and we were labeled an incomplete party so our reservations were canceled. Waited another 15 minutes to be seated after that. Mind you we have 2 small babies under the age of 3. Upon sitting down we let the Luis know we had brought our own wine with us and wanted to pay a corkage fee. We were to...

Tonight was super busy, and the staff did a great job. The kitchen did a great job. We had a 6 top and everything came out exactly do it. We asked and everything came out. Taste and delicious and fantastic. They did a really good job for as busy as they were. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
