I ordered delivery and my meal was missing a portion of chicken goujons. When I opened the food, there were no chicken goujons or dip included. My two-year-old daughter only eats chicken goujons, so I called the restaurant to explain the situation. The staff member's response was, "We just can’t give out free food." She then insisted that if I paid for the chicken over the phone, it would be delivered in 20 to 30 minutes, even though my child was left without food. This was clearly the staff’s mistake, and I thought the goujons were included in my order since I repeated it twice! What a disgrace. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs!
I just ordered a 16-inch pizza deal with wedges from their website, but they delivered a 7-inch pizza and chips instead of the wedges. When I called to complain, the person on the phone claimed that they don’t even have 16-inch pizzas, despite the fact that it’s just dough rolled to size! I’ve ordered multiple 16-inch pizzas from them before, so it’s clearly not impossible. The guy claimed I couldn’t have ordered a 16-inch pizza, even though I have screenshots of the options. He was rude and offered no solution, so it feels like I was scammed into paying for a 16-inch pizza while only receiving a 7-inch. I would recommend staying away from this place!
I'm not sure what's happening with this place, but it was truly disappointing. The pizza was mediocre at best, and it seemed like everything came straight from a jar or plastic packaging. The staff were unengaged and there was little care or attention given to the food or the environment. The restaurant felt dirty and it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The girls making the pizzas seemed to sigh or complain about every order, and based on the reviews, they don't know how to handle complaints in a professional manner. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
The best pizzas in Downpatrick! Absolutely delicious and just as good as the old Lone Star. The online ordering and payment process is fantastic—simple and hassle-free. Plus, you can customize your toppings and sauces. The delivery is quick as well. I hope they bring back the 2-for-1 Tuesday deals!

The pizzas from Lonestar are absolutely fantastic, and the delivery is impressively quick. The staff is efficient and always makes sure to provide a great deal, no matter the size of your order. We will definitely be returning to Lonestar Pizza!
Great to see the one and only Lone Star reopened in the business park, just off the Belfast Road. The food is just brilliant, it's open for collection and delivery, updates are frequent on their Facebook page
