Probably had the best customer service ever in the last 5 years by a wonderful gal named Madeline. So, so pleasant. Very patient with us as it was our first time for this combination restaurant. We only ate from the Famous Dave's side of the menu and would have loved to eat a steak, but a little too pricey for us. I had a hamburger while hubby had a BBQ combo plater. One recommendation I have on the hamburger would be to use a slightly larger bun. When pressed the toppings and sauces just squeezed out the sides. It was a little messy to say the least. first time visiting on a whim. no lines and seated quickly. different menu set up for sure in a good way. built my own salad and burger and my goodness they are large portions! fresh ingredients and flavor. the burger was cooked to my preference and I HAD to leave with leftovers. will definitely visit again.
Best customer service experience I’ve had Cherylann was amazing she went above and beyond. She got food out quick despite being busy she was very attentive, respectful and friendly. I will definitely ask for her next time.

We had the all American platter. Everything was delicious. There was so much variety and even though it was suppose to feed 2 or 3 people, we had so many leftovers.
Two menus to choice from, Texas T-Bone or Dave's Bar-B-Que. Steak was tender. A lot of staff. No wait time. Delicious bread pudding.
Almost always a group of very loud people wherever you go, so not unexpected. Everything else was amazing!
